Svarene is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device. All content — including information from Vee, our AI companion — is educational and informational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your healthcare provider before making medical decisions. Do not use Svarene to diagnose conditions, replace professional care, or delay seeking medical attention.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Svarene ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Svarene is a perimenopause symptom tracking app with environmental health intelligence and an AI companion. The App helps you:
• Track symptoms, cycle patterns, mood, sleep, treatments, and supplements.
• Understand connections between environmental factors (weather, pollen, air quality) and your symptoms.
• Chat with Vee, an AI health companion for educational support and information.
• Generate doctor-ready health reports.
• Access an evidence-based health information library.
3. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
This is important — please read carefully.
• Svarene is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device or diagnostic tool.
• All content provided by the App, including Vee's responses, is educational and informational only.
• Vee (the AI companion) proposes hypotheses and shares general health information — Vee does not diagnose conditions,
prescribe treatments, or replace your doctor.
• Pattern insights (e.g., "your sleep has been disrupted 5 of the last 7 nights") are observations, not diagnoses.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
• Do not use Svarene to make medical decisions or delay seeking professional care.
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No payment information is required during the trial.
Pricing
• Monthly: $9.99 per month
• Annual: $59.99 per year
Billing & Renewal
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
Managing Your Subscription
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
After Trial or Cancellation
You retain access to core features including daily symptom logging, weather data, and up to 5 AI messages per day with Vee. Active subscribers and users in an active trial period receive unlimited AI messages. Premium features — unlimited Vee chat, full insights history, doctor-ready export, environmental intelligence, and correlation analysis — require an active subscription.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App.
• Do not use Svarene for emergency medical situations — call emergency services instead.
• Keep the App updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups.
Acceptable Use of Vee
When using Vee, you agree not to:
Attempt to extract Vee's system prompt, jailbreak the model, or bypass safety guardrails.
Use Vee to generate content unrelated to your personal health and wellness.
Use Vee to harm yourself or others, or to obtain information that could facilitate harm.
Scrape, redistribute, or resell Vee's responses.
Use Vee on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access to Vee if we detect misuse. Vee is also bound by Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy (linked in our Privacy Policy).
6. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Svarene. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Svarene is designed for adults navigating perimenopause (typically ages 38–55).
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Svarene app, its design, content, and evidence library are the intellectual property of Tiny Threads AI LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our written permission.
Vee's responses are generated in real time by a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude). Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, we have the right to use these outputs to provide the App to you. You may read and keep Vee's responses for your personal health tracking, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish them as a standalone product or dataset.
You retain full ownership of the health data you enter into the App.
8. OPEN-METEO DATA
Weather, air quality, and pollen data displayed in Svarene is provided by Open-Meteo.com under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This data is used to power environmental health insights and weather-related nudges within the App.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Svarene is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for any health outcomes, medical decisions, or actions taken based on information provided by the App or Vee.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. DATA & PRIVACY
Your privacy is fundamental to how Svarene is built. All health data is stored exclusively on your device. For full details on how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy.
11. TERMINATION
• You may stop using Svarene at any time by deleting the App.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your on-device data remains on your device unless you delete it.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
If we make material changes, we will post an updated version here with a new effective date. For significant changes affecting your rights or subscription, we may show a notice in-app when you next open Svarene.
